Short Run Production

CNC machining is a traditional solution for sourcing initial prototype parts, but it can also be ideal for low quantity manufacturing needs or for bridging the time gap between prototyping and full production.

Custom color painting, texture matching, and pad printing are secondary operations we offer that can enhance the visual appeal of your existing parts.

Painting

Correct application of paint is both a science and an art. RPM has the equipment and experience necessary to match any color and gloss level and simulate texture to accurately represent your finished product.

Pad Printing

Pad printing is a production quality process for transferring a custom 2D image onto a 3D surface. Using this technology, we can add permanent multi-color graphics, such as logos and button identification, to a variety of substrates.

CAD Services

We are proficient in a variety of current Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages and can work with any form of input, from sketch to preliminary engineering database assemblies, to create the geometry needed for your project.
